Body and the Brain are two unique entities forced to co-habit in order to survive. They exist in a grim alternate reality. It is a Freudian nightmare come to life. For in the evolution of the soul, each life passes through different states of existence as it is caught up in an endless cycle of death and rebirth.

Yet while most are reincarnated into higher forms some regress into lower states and end up here, the arse-end of nowhere, the back of beyond, a place so lowly it exists beneath the Underworld. All existential waste accumulates here, all the evolutionary throw-backs, all the Karmic rejects like sediment collecting at the bottom of a pond. The big fish in this pond is Body and the Brain: Karmic slave traders taking advantage of the mass transmigration of souls, sifting through the dregs, sorting the spiritual amoebas from the lost souls going round in circles in a transmigratory loop. Here they deal in a different kind of currency: fresh meat, the discarded leftovers from an aborted reincarnation.

The only real obstacle in their pursuit of cosmic domination is the thought police, the ordering oneness, a mysterious force determined to put a permanent end to the Karmic slave trade. Yet another battle secretly wages between our unlikely duo, as the pompous and overly supercilious brain seeks to dispose of the revolting sac of flesh it is permanently attached to. Join them on a roller-coaster ride of misadventure as they search for the ultimate cure for the human condition, where life is cheap and the only thing that lies in their path to true happiness is each other.
