Because of the pollution in the Wellington harbour after an oil slick by BP a mutant was created. This mutant was raised by a pet store owner who treated the dino shark well until a BP scientist at Victoria University stole the dino shark away and placed it in a holding cell and tested products on it. But the dino shark grew larger and broke out of its jail and now it takes its years of pain and humiliation out on Wellington. And now there is a race against time to find the dino sharks only love. The pet store owner. Will they find her in time. The clock is ticking. And dino shark is munching his way through Wellington.
