Rhys is openly gay and proud of it, much to the discomfort of his straight as an arrow workmate Kev. After a work confrontation followed by a peculiar mediation meeting with an impish HR man, Kev and Rhys find they have switched bodies and lives.

Now Kev has to try and cope being Rhys for a day and help him win the heart of the hottest guy in town. Rhys has to pretend to be Kev and help him get the promotion he has been working all year for. Both learn more about each other than they bargained for, and at the same time discover they haven't been the only ones this imp has switched bodies on. Faced with a possibility of living the rest of their lives as someone else, these two work rivals will have to learn to get along together. And avoid things getting too icky at the same time!
