A young man discovers a piculiar looking smoke. One puff of this smoke takes you to places, makes dreams and wishes come true. But what happens when you smoke? your killing yourself. Is that what this young man is doing? the more he smokes the more dreams and wishes come true...... and the more sick he becomes. Life or dreams? What will he choose?
