On the banks of a rural river Officer Danielle Cooper has been sent to investigate the mysterious deaths of a number of teenagers at a well-known swimming hole. Her investigations reveal a more terrifying truth, with the assistance of local green peace activist Matt Sterling they must unravel the cause of the baffling and unexplainable deaths. The two are further hinded at every point of their investigation by a corrupt council and a ruthless dairy company who are hell bent to hide the truth at all cost. Cooper and Sterling discover that things will get worse when the council refuse to postpone the annual bikini by the river competition.

If Cooper and Sterling fail this summer the rivers will run red with blood.
