A “Imago Dei” FILM
WRITTEN BY Rowan Sharp and Luke McKoy

May 26th 2001, early on a Saturday afternoon. Nineteen year old Theo Smith crawls out of bed, hungover, ready to repeat last night's cycle of partying and alcohol. But that's no longer enough for Theo, who wants something more, something intense, visceral, primal. Something that he is unable to get in his mundane little existence. Until a car stops right in front of him, with a man he's never met before offering him the chance to experience things he's only ever seen in the movies.

Everyone has a line that their conscience will not let them cross, and in less than 24 hours Theo will find out how easily that line can be moved.

Set to a backdrop of some of the best New Zealand music from the turn of the millennium, GAUGE is set to engage on every level.
