GEISTERFAHRER

A “Blue Monkey Productions” FILM
WRITTEN BY Lea Dambeck (legal guardian Oliver Dambeck)

Driving. Cars coming towards me. Lights blinding me.
I’m driving in the wrong direction of a highway.
Car after car driving out of my way. Dodging the psycho. The psycho who thought everything was fine, who wanted to find the person responsible for the death of his brother. The psycho who couldn’t sleep at night. The psycho who worked as a Pathologist. The psycho called Jason Beckman.
And then I realize. If I wanted to kill myself then I should have just taken a gun… not the Freeway.
A yellow car, it’s weird how I can notice the colour even though it’s night and raining. I force the steering wheel to the right, trying to undone what has been done. Trying to avoid the accident that is about to happen. The car pulls to the right as well and then it happens.
The two cars slide against each other and out of the highway. They both roll down the hill and into the grass. After enough bumps and crashing, the cars stop. I open my eyes slightly. My head is bleeding and smoke is coming from the front of my car. I open the door slowly and humble towards the car that had been crashed by the psycho. As I look through the window my eyes widen; it is a young woman with a baby.
I open the door of the yellow car quickly and carefully pull the woman out who seems to be unconscious. And then I get the baby out even faster. They are both alive. The baby is crying and the woman bleeding on her left arm.
What have I done?
