"Josh Smith is heading off to University with his long-time High School girlfriend and things couldn't be better. Unfortunately for Josh, his girlfriend has other ideas.
When drowning his sorrows in a local bar leads to a romantic encounter in a seedy hotel room with a travelling salesman, Josh has hit rock bottom.
Struggling at University and trying to come to terms with the hotel travesty, Josh meets the girl of his dreams.
Invited to spend the holidays with her and her parents, things are starting to look up for Josh.
