When life gets tough, the tough need a break. Toby Jacobson is a local mechanic with a wife and two children in a town called Regum. Struggling with debt and an addiction, the bond between him and his family is diminishing. After his deteriorating behaviour he finds himself losing his job, family and himself. In a desperate attempt to get back his family, he searches for his old friend Magic Marty who offered him a job as a "flyer". Marty is an oddball who couldn't quite fit in regular society, he believes in a parallel world of endless imagination.

Toby asks Marty to assist him in finding a solution for his problems, however, things are not as simple as they seem. Toby is then set to accomplish a series of challenges in a different realm and in return his life will be restored to the way he wanted. Although his journey is full of wonder and surprises, a problem about the agreement arises. " Anyone who enters the realm cannot leave unless all tasks are completed within 24 earth hours ". Now Toby is on a weird and twisted race against time not only to get his family back but also himself, literally.
