James has finished his last year of University. He has no skills. No work experience. And a huge student loan.
Jobless and broke he has to move back in with his parents. And to top things off, his girlfriend of 4 years has just broken up with him.
Afraid that he is being left behind, and now without a significant other, sees no future for himself.
To win her back he makes a a low budget film, but on the night of the premiere she doesn't attend.

He awakes the next day to discover that his film has been a huge success and that it has reached an international level of status, seemingly overnight.
We watch as James struggles with his relationship, his backyard-stardom and follow through with his success.
