8yr old Lisa Thomson gets kidnapped in the middle of downtown train station. Agent James and Agent Walker get assigned to find her and bringing the kidnapper in but after they receive the list of demands they realize, that time is not on there side. With no proper lead to go by, Agent James to forced to you Project 3rd Dimension, a device that allows the witness and the agent to walk free in a world that is recreated by the memories of the witness. There are three witness that could lead them to discovering out the identity of the kidnapper and the where abouts of little Lisa. There investigation will be stretched to the limit and the past of Agent James could prove to be the one thing that motivates him.
