After fixing the now infamous race, Monsieur Tortue and Billy Ray Hare are on the run. With all manner of mayhem hot on their heels, gangsters, crooked cops, pissed punters and bookies demanding blood. The two of them crash their way through chases, tight corners and crazy fans to regain their status and win back their former glory.

Narcoleptic Billy with no thoughts for anyone but himself. Hell bent on making a quick buck, he drags the innocent and unassuming Tortue down into the dark depths of the racing underworld and together they find a real shell shock.

No winners, just losers.
