The New York Manifesto

A “Haylie & Morgahna” FILM
WRITTEN BY Haylie Gray & Morgahna Godwin

New York City, a synonymous with musicians, writers, actors, world leaders, business executives, money and fame.

After three of the most painful years in our existence we depart University with degrees in Graphic Design, Economics, and Film (well sort of). In search of what it means to ‘live in the real world’ we head to the capital of arts and business success, New York City.

We visit cultural landmarks that are the sight of some of the biggest moments in history, and along the way we talk to people who have made it, are making it, and will probably never make it. All the while trying to find a reason as to why New York City is an incubator for inspiration.

For those of you who have ever dreamt of living like a destroyed artist, tortured intern, or coffee bitch follow us as we live out your fantasy. We also want you to be a part of what we’re doing. We’ll be posting weekly webisodes of what we’re doing, who we’re talking to, and where we’re going. Head over to facebook and like our page to share your ideas about where we should go, and who we should talk to.
