Mike is leaving home and heading to Uni.
Off to study? Hell no!
Quickly meeting the rest of the residents in the halls of residence, Mike soon falls for Emma, his beautiful next door neighbour. The problem is, that she is already taken by the dumb jock Kent.

Comedy ensues when the rest of the hall personalities band together to unite Mike and Emma. They organise the best party ever while concealing it from the tyrant Hall Administrator, the Campus Cops and the dominatrix Halls Assistant.

Will Kents wandering eye get him trouble? Will the effects of the laxative wear off on Andre? Will Scruffy move out of his shaggon-waggon? Will Stan get away with it and will Mike and Emma get together?

It all culminates in the Uni party to end all parties!
