Any ordinary day Dr John Collins works in the morgue at the local hospital, a happy hard working family man, but today is no ordinary day. While about to perform a routine autopsy on a young woman killed in a hit and run, the power goes out. After a few seconds the power returns but the young woman has disappeared from the morgue table.

All hell is about to break loose.

The lights flicker, from behind the door the young woman appears but she is not the same, she has become one of the walking dead, a zombie! In a frenzy she attacks him, automatically John grabs a scalpel and plunges it straight through her neck. She crumples to the floor dead, again.

Grabbing what he can from his room and armed with a battery powered bone saw he ventures out from the morgue not knowing who or what is waiting for him in the dark corridors of the hospital.

Cut off from the outside world John is now locked in a blood soaked battle between the living and the undead. He must find a way to escape his waking nightmare or die in Ward 11.
