A nurse and four children are trapped inside a quarantined hospital when an airborne virus starts turning its victims into blood-thirsty killers.

A young pediatric nurse is trapped inside a small town hospital along with four of the children on her ward when the government quarantines and securely closes the building after a killer virus becomes airborne, slowly changing its victims into vampiric zombies whose blood oozes out of their bodies through their pores creating a desperate need to replenish that blood and starting them on a killing spree. The nurse and the children must fight their way to safety, floor by floor in the hopes of escaping the hospital before the virus takes them or the other patients kill them.
