Recent survivor of terminal illness Anna makes the snap decision to head overseas after a painful breakup. But she has one last New Zealand obligation: Spend an evening in an industrial pet warehouse at her surprise 21st birthday.

Anna’s best friend Jasmine has put the event together to give her the send-off she deserves, but after years in hospital with the rare blood disease Tritt’s Syndrome, Anna isn’t one for socialising - she’d much rather chill out at home. Plus, the party is chock full of guests her well-meaning but oblivious mother has invited. Amidst awkward 21st speeches, friends who her abandoned her while she was sick, other Tritt’s sufferers like Jasmine, and her clingy ex-boyfriend Liam, Anna is in for a hell of a long night.

The party gets even worse as spiked punch knocks out drinkers, and all the exits to the warehouse are inexplicably locked. But that’s not all. The party has been infiltrated by mysterious attackers slaughtering the guests with the pet accessories the warehouse stores. These crazies only want one thing: Anna. If they don’t get her soon, everyone else will be killed!

With disloyal partygoers keen to throw Anna to the dogs, disgruntled Liam still smarting from the break-up, Jasmine’s illness triggered by high stress, and shadowy attackers murdering everyone who steps away from the group, Anna’s 21st birthday has just become the worst present a girl could ask for. Can she figure out what the assailants want from her in time to save her loved ones from gruesome death by pet products?
