With their crime scene cleaning business about to go bankrupt, two friends decide to create some work for themselves, moonlighting as serial killers. However they quickly find themselves not only cleaning up the bloody messes they make but trying to cover their tracks as well.

Derek and Louie have been mates since high school, and whilst they aren't the sharpest potatoes in the loaf, they have been running a successful crime scene cleaning business for almost 8 years. In this time they have become the cities top (if not only) crime scene cleaning company. Although that is about to change.

With the steady decline of homicides in the city, their business is struggling to stay afloat. On their only job in months they start discussing what their options are. It all boils down to one thing: not enough crime scenes to clean. The solution is simple: create more crime scenes.

Derek and Louie’s “Cleaning List” begins to take shape, from ex high school bullies to that “pimple-face-kid-at-the-drive-through-who-always-gets-their-breakfast-order-wrong”. Now its time to take action. Things are easier said than done though, with their first forays in to the world of serial killing not going exactly to plan.

Their basic knowledge of forensics and a steady diet of TV cop shows leaves the local police with seemingly no evidence to go on. And whilst they are getting away with murder they are raking in the money too.

But a flippant remark by a Detective at the scene of the pairs latest murder has Derek and Louie looking over their shoulders, now thinking that the clueless local police are closing in on them. Their business' resurrection now put on hold while they figure out what ends are left loose, and how to go about tidying them up.

Derek and Louie's friendship is soon put to the test as their increasing paranoia turns them against each other as they are now the only remaining witnesses of their slasher killing spree.
