New Years Eve. Milo is a small-time drug dealer and he's late purchasing his New Years Eve stock. He gets stuck with pills retrieved by his suppliers as reimbursement for a bad debt.
Unknown to Milo, these pills prey on the feelings and fears of its users, scaring them to death with horrible and frighteningly lucid hallucinations. Milo now has 50 loaded guns in a small plastic container and some eager customers looking for a night they'll never forget...
Milo's night spirals out of control as he witnesses first-hand the descent into murderous mayhem that his 'party-pills' bring to those who drop.
Milo is forced to act, but is he too late to save any of them?
