Alma is pregnant. Only trouble is, she hasn't had sex in three years.

It could be some kind of immaculate conception - or it could have something to do with her after-hours cleaning job at FETUS 5000 LABORATORIES.

When more of the staff come down with cases of Unexplained Pregnancy, the facility goes on lockdown.

Alma is trapped inside under observation, but it's not just the doctors that are observing her.

One of the specimens has prematurely emerged and has vengeance on its mind. Armed with a powerful telekinesis this levitating fetus will explode any head that crosses its path as it searches for a new womb to complete its gestation..
