A reckless, brave, every man cop sort dies while chasing public enemy number 1. His mission is to learn how to use his ghostly powers to train is slack tongued idiot sidekick who is also a dog to hunt down the one man he failed to catch.

It's set in rural Levin. 1981, March 19.

Ghost Cop talks to his dog using hi pitched whistles and basic commands. The dog gets very hungry.
