They came in 1987 to collect human samples for an intergalactic food manufacturer with devastating results. After returning to their planet the alien spacecraft had only one human survivor on board, who – after a bit of a struggle – was quickly subdued and cloned for food. 25 years later the clones have become defective leaving the aliens with no other option but to return to Earth to replenish their treasured livestock.
In doing so, the sleepy New Zealand town of Kaihara becomes overrun with Aliens who, disguised as humans, have one sole purpose: to round up a flock of unwitting humans to take back to their planet for use as food.
The last remaining remnants of the Alien Investigation and Defence Squad (AIDS), with the help of a few villagers, take on the aliens in an epic and bloody battle of survival in defense of the human race.
