Ruthie is the 3rd eldest of Rupert and Penny’s 7 children. She’s a tough 21 year old farm hand, used to driving tractors, putting in fence posts and cutting down trees with a chainsaw. She also smokes a lot of pot. While out checking dry troughs on her parents farm, she notices some mutilated sheep with their entrails all over the paddock and no explanation for it. Except that over the fence is the abandoned notorious psychiatric hospital “Lake Alice”.
Following a bloody trail, armed with nothing more than a sheep dog called Rock, and a stick, Ruthie and 4 of her brothers (Bryce 24, Ernie 22, Arthur 19, Smudge Nuts 15), go on a mission to investigate the famous hospital and look for any signs of life.
Discovering secret corridors leading to sealed chambers with the harrowing existence of human experiments and harboring dead bodies, it’s becoming glaringly obvious someone is still in the building and what is that rancid smell?
They split up and one by one become part of a deadly trap set by an old schizophrenic chemist, secretly employed by the government to test chemical weapons on innocent victims. Usually the poor, the demented and the criminally insane.
Most will die but will anyone get home in time for milking.
