A crooked paramedic secretly harvests organs from his patients for the black market, until a double cross and a vengeful relative turn his life into bloody chaos.

Ken is a formally mild-mannered Paramedic down on his luck. In order to feed his raging cocaine habit, he has resorted to harvesting organs from deceased patients to sell on the black market. This vocation becomes so lucrative that he begins to resort to 'helping' patients cross to the other side, and when this doesn't suffice, running down the occasional hobo fills the gap nicely. Unfortunately, a relative of one of the victims gets wind of Ken’s dodgy dealings and plots to meet out his own justice. Meanwhile, Ken’s accomplice, a shady nurse at the local hospital, schemes to do him out of his profits and harvest Ken’s organs at the same time! Events converge in one night of bloody carnage and retribution.
