Four teenagers go on a summer road trip and accidentally cut off a mystery biker who takes revenge in a road rampage from hell.

Four friends decide to take a summer road-trip to a music festival in Auckland. Boyfriends Dan and Jono, and girlfriends Jenna and Raywen set off on what they hope will be the best week of their lives. -Jono’s older brother Jared has not told them about the fact that the van they he’s lending them is carrying about 50 kgs of dope that he’s stolen from a local motorcycle gang. He asks his younger brother to do him a favor by dropping the van up to a friend the right before the festival starts, -It’s there he plans to have it safely fleeced of the stolen pot ready to be sold to the festival revelers. Young and in love the happy foursome set out for a good time.

They pick up two hitchhikers Buddah and Rocko On the way over the Rimatuka ranges but Jono’s driving dangerously imperils the life of a mysterious motorcyclist –who falls off his bike. Fearing that they have killed the biker the kids decide to run rather than risk arrest. The fallen rider regains consciousness and sets off in hot pursuit of the panel van. At this point The Headhunters have discovered that Jared has double crossed them for the pot that he was supposed to be couriering on their behalf. After beating Jarod senseless they discover the route that the teenagers are planning to take to the festival.

The trail of the stolen pot is picked up by Detectives Tim Mathews and Greg Barnett who bribe the location and destination of the van out of an unpatched member of the Headhunters.

The biker gang plans to catch up with them and head them off (pun intended) –But they will have to catch up with the quartet before they’re quartered by the Fallen road warrior.
