A doctor once safe a life of a beggar who's body fully covered by some sort of virus sore, after few months of taking care of him the beggar has recovered and left. But then the doctor discovered that she herself be infected by the virus. She then found the sore on her stomach has slowly form a face and mouth, and then suddenly one day the mouth start talking to her!
The "face-sore" start to control her life and slowly changing her attitude, making her very sick. She has to find a way to get rid of it, but the "face-sore" has its reason to torture her life, and the battle started...
