A group of flatmates accept to host a traveller who has been exploring the world. What they don't know is that she brings with her more than just souvenirs.

24 years old Louise asks her three flatmates if a friend of hers, a Norwegian girl she met travelling in Asia, can stay with them for a few days while visiting NZ, everybody loves the idea of having a visitor at their old big Wellington House. The night Hanna arrives strange things happen in the house, an evil presence starts haunting them. After one of the flatmates disappears they find out that among Hanna’s baggage there is an old Japanese artefact, which carries the curse of an ancient Demon ninja. From that moment on they struggle to survive the stealth attacks of the scariest and deadliest assassin the world has ever known.
