Alex is a troubled man with a mental condition - seeing monsters that aren't real.
After 8 years in an asylum, tormented by guilt for accidentally killing a little girl he though was a demon, Alex is released with his devoted wife Alice still waiting for him.
Looking to relax, the reunited couple travel with friends far out into the country, finding a beautiful camping ground to enjoy. But as the night goes on, the resort turns out to be anything but a safe haven when they're ambushed by a family of deranged, occult practicing, psychopaths.
With half the group massacred, Alex barely escapes, while Alice is taken away with the remaining others to be ritualistically slaughtered. With his medicine lost and the stress getting to him, Alex starts hallucinating again while trying to save his wife.
In a chilling tale of madness, mayhem and redemption, combining psychological horror and supernatural horror with black comedy sprinkled in, Alex must push past his psychosis. But with a haunting past and danger ever present, can Alex tell the real monsters from the imagined ones?
