A teenage girl gets drawn into a digital game of cat and mouse with a serial killer after witnessing a murder on ChatRoulette.

Sally is a typical 16-year-old girl. She’s awkward, doesn’t fit in at class, occasionally bullied at school and online. She has more Facebook friends than real ones. Mum’s busy with her new boyfriend and Dad’s police work means he’s never around. One night while fighting off the boredom with some ChatRoulette (randomized Skype calls), she is drawn into conversation with a creepy stranger. Before she knows it, she’s witnessed a murder before her very eyes. The police investigate but are hitting a brick wall. Traumatized, Sally can’t get the images out of her head. Something the killer said draws her back. Studying the video, Sally finds deliberately left clues amongst the footage. Soon she is drawn into a digital game of cat and mouse with the killer. Disturbing SnapChat images appear on her phone. Links appear on on her computer; clues on YouTube, live feeds of more killings. When the killer starts to give Sally clues via GPS coordinates and people she knows start to disappear, she can tell she’s getting close.

But as Sally gets closer to the truth… the truth gets closer to her.
